                               Additional Listing

Application has been made today for 3,460 new ordinary shares of 25p each to be
admitted to trading on AIM pursuant to the exercise of SAYE share options by Mr.
Dominic Richard Aldcroft a former employee of NWF Group plc at 193p each. The
new shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in the
Company, and admission is expected on 22 December 2005. Following the shares
admittance to trading the Company's total issued share capital will be 8,068,415
ordinary shares of 25p each.
