                     NWF Group acquires further fuel depot


NWF Fuels Ltd has acquired the business of T Splitt Ltd, an established fuel
company with a turnover of some £10m which is based in Burnley, Lancs. This
brings the number of outlets operated by NWF Fuels to thirteen, with the
majority, including this new addition, being actual depots with their own
storage tanks.
