Executive Share Option Schemes

On 29 March 2000, RZHH announced that it had granted options over 1,040,000
Ordinary Shares, representing 7.0% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of 25p
each, conditional on shareholders approval to a change in the limits of RZHH's
two executive share option schemes so as to permit the grant of options over
20% of RZHH's Issued Ordinary Share capital from time to time.  RZHH 
announces that, at an Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders held
yesterday (25 April 2000), shareholders approved the change in the limits.
