Share options



The Board of Numis announces that, today, an employee surrendered options over
757,350 (0.73%) Numis shares. The Numis Employee Share Trust ('the Trust') held
these shares. The options were at an average exercise price of 30.0p per share.
Subsequently, today, the Trust disposed of 757,350 (0.73%) Numis shares at an
average price of 30.0p per share to discretionary trusts established by those
employees.



The Numis shares referred to above are Numis' ordinary shares of 5p per share
and the total number of shares in issue is 104,366,366.
