RZHH announces that on Friday 15 October 1999, Northbridge Management Holdings
Limited acquired 30,000 RZHH ordinary 25p shares at 112p.  As a result of the
transaction, Northbridge Management Holdings Limited holds 30,000 ordinary 25p
shares which represents 0.2% of the issued share capital of RZHH.  David
Craig, Chairman and Non-Executive Director of RZHH, has a 9.69% interest in
Northbridge Management Holdings Limited.
