Director's Dealing

The Board of Numis announces that, both Lorna Tilbian and Simon Denyer,  Executive Directors of Numis, elected to take the scrip alternative dividend on their respective shareholdings for the final dividend relating to the year ended 30 September 2012.   

Lorna Tilbian and Simon Denyer's interest in Numis' shares is:-
