The Board of Numis announces that, following the vesting of award shares under the Numis Corporation Plc Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2008 ("RSU") today, the interest of Marcus Chorley, Executive Director of Numis, in Numis shares has increased.

Marcus Chorley's interest in Numis' shares is:-
