Notice of Revised 2022 Full Year Results Date

Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC (LSE: NOG) (the "Company"), an independent oil and gas company engaging in the production, development and exploration of oil and gas in the pre-Caspian Basin, notifies that the Company plans to publish its Full Year 2022 Financial Results together with its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2022 on or before 2 June 2023.
