Final Dividend

 

Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC(LSE: NOG) ("Nostrum", or "the Company"), an independent oil and gas company engaging in the production, development and exploration of oil and gas in the pre-Caspian Basin, announces that based on its results for the year ended 31 December 2014 published earlier today, the Board is recommending a final dividend of US$0.27 per ordinary share, payable in sterling.  If approved by shareholders at the AGM to be held on 26 May 2015, the final dividend will be paid on 26 June 2015 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 5 June 2015.
