Nostra  Terra Oil & Gas Company plc is pleased to announce the relaunch  of  its
website,  www.ntog.co.uk,  to  reflect the company's  new  growth  strategy  and
successful entry into the US upstream business.

Additionally,  the Company has undertaken a periodic review of its  register  of
shareholders  and  wishes  to appraise the market of the  following  significant
shareholdings:
