Update to Block Listing

Further to the announcements of 20^th and 26^th January 2021 regarding the block listing, Nostra Terra reports that a further 8,000,000 warrants have been exercised at 0.35 pence per Ordinary Share since the previous update on 26^th January 2021. Accordingly, there remain 119,000,000 Ordinary Shares under the block listing.

 As a result, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue and allotted stands at 695,520,534 .
