The  Company  was  today informed that GCIT Foundation has disposed of 1,200,000
ordinary shares in the Company. As a result of this disposal GCIT Foundation  is
now  interested in 15,054,000 ordinary shares. This holding represents 4.99%  of
the issued share capital of the Company.
