Further to the Issue of Equity announcement released on Tuesday 21 June 2005, of
the 131,515 ordinary shares allotted under the 2005/06 Offer for Subscription on
Tuesday 21 June 2005, 2,217 ordinary shares were allotted to Professor Sir
Frederick Holliday, a director of the Company at a price of 92p per share.  As a
result of this allotment, Professor Sir Frederick Holliday currently has a
beneficial interest in 16,734 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company
representing 0.04% per cent of the enlarged issued share capital.
