Director Shareholding

Further to the Issue of Equity announcement released earlier today, of the 
408,311 ordinary shares allotted today under the 2004/05 Offer for Subscription,
10,737 ordinary shares were allotted to Mr Hustler, a director of the Company
at a price of 95p per share.  As a result of this allotment, Mr Hustler
currently has a beneficial interest in 80,737 ordinary shares of 25p each in
the Company representing 0.2% per cent of the enlarged issued share capital.
