Director Shareholding

Further to the Issue of Equity announcement released on today, of the
64,064 ordinary shares allotted today under the 2004/05 Offer for Subscription,
10,000 ordinary shares were allotted to Mr Edward Patrick Michael Denny, a
director of the Company at a price of 95p per share.  As a result of this
allotment, Mr Denny currently has a beneficial interest in 100,000 ordinary
shares of 25p each in the Company representing 0.27% per cent of the enlarged
issued share capital.
