Further to the Issue of Equity announcement released on Friday 31 March 2006, of
the 4,460,580 C Shares allotted under the 2005/06 Offer for Subscription on
Friday 31 March 2006, 10,300 C Shares were allotted to Mr John Randolph Hustler,
a director of the Company at a price of 100p per share.


As a result of this allotment, Mr Hustler has a beneficial interest in 20,600 C
Shares of 75p each in the Company representing 0.13% per cent of the current
issued C Share capital.

Mr Hustler's holding of 73,737 Ordinary Shares of 25p each remains unchanged at
73,737 shares representing 0.19% of the current issued Ordinary Share capital.
