Northern Bear plc (NTBR) was today informed that Nicholas Beaumont-Dark has acquired 215,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and that Mr Beaumont-Dark now holds 1,277,499 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 6.90 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
