The Company received notification today that Radmat Building Products Ltd ("Radmat") has acquired a further 248,374 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing 1.39 per cent. of the Company's currently issued share capital. The Ordinary Shares were acquired by Radmat as follows:

Radmat is now interested, in aggregate, in 1,118,481 Ordinary Shares representing 6.28 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
