The Board of Northern Bear are pleased to announce that Keith Soulsby (51) and
Steven Grey (50) have been appointed to the Board as Operations Directors with
immediate effect.

 

Keith is the founder and current managing director of Wensley Roofing Limited (a
subsidiary of Northern Bear) and Steve is the founder and current managing
director of MGM Limited (also a subsidiary of Northern Bear).

 

Jon Pither (Chairman of Northern Bear) said: 'I am delighted that Keith and
Steve have agreed to join the Board as they bring with them a wealth of local
and operational knowledge and experience.'

 

There are no companies (other than those detailed above) or partnerships
(including limited liability partnerships) of which Keith or Steve have been
directors or partners at any time in the past five years, save that Keith was
formerly a director of Mountfield Quality Products Limited.

 

No further details required to be disclosed pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule 2,
paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
