RESULTS OF SHARE OFFER

The  Company announces that as the closing of the 2009/10 Offer for Subscription
on  Monday 5 April 2010, applications had  been received under the 2009/10 Offer
for                          11,799,424 Ordinary                         Shares.

The  2010/11 Offer for Subscription  will remain open  until 5.00pm on Wednesday
12 May                                                                     2010.
