Northern 3 VCT PLC ("the Company") announces that copies of the Offer Documents in respect of the top-up offers of new ordinary shares for £2,000,000 and £1,600,000 launched on 21 February 2012 and 23 March 2012 respectively have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
