The number of ordinary shares allotted to Mr T R Levett should read 51,500 and
not 50,000 as previously shown.

Director Shareholding

Further to the Issue of Equity announcement released earlier today, of the
1,014,876 ordinary shares allotted today under the 2004/05 Offer for
Subscription, 51,500 ordinary shares were allotted to Mr T R Levett, a director
of the Company at a price of 100p per share.  As a result of this allotment, Mr
Levett currently has a beneficial interest in 106,500 ordinary shares of 5p each
in the Company representing 0.43% per cent of the enlarged issued share capital.
