ANNUAL REPORT AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND NOTICE OF 2011 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, Northern 3 VCT PLC ("the Company") has
today submitted to the National Storage Mechanism a copy of the annual report
and financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2011 ("the Annual Report")
and a Circular to shareholders including the Notice of the 2011 Annual General
Meeting to be held on 14 September 2011 ("the Circular").
