                      ISSUE OF SUPPLEMENTARY PROSPECTUS

The Company has issued a supplementary prospectus relating to the offer for
subscription, which remains open until 28 June 2001. The supplementary
prospectus incorporates the full text of the preliminary announcement of
results for the year ended 31 January 2001, which was made on 26 April 2001.
