                             Purchase of Own Shares


On 9 June 2005 Northamber plc (the 'Company') bought 60,000 ordinary shares for
cancellation at 91.75 pence per share, representing 0.19 per cent. of the
Company's current issued ordinary share capital.



Following the cancellation of these shares, the Company has 31,138,100 ordinary
shares in issue.
