Northamber plc ('Northamber' or 'the Company')
Purchase of Own Shares
Northamber announces that today, the Company purchased 100,000 of its own
ordinary shares at 110p per share (representing 0.30 per cent of the Company's
issued share capital).
On 10 November 2000 shareholders approved an authority to purchase up to 10
per cent. of the aggregate nominal value of the issued ordinary share capital
of the Company.
