Northamber plc ('Northamber' or 'the Company') Purchase of Own Shares
Northamber announces that the Company today purchased 113,696 of its own
ordinary shares at 88p per share (representing 0.3 per cent of the Company's
issued share capital).
On 3 November 1998 shareholders approved an authority to purchase up to 10 per
cent. of the aggregate nominal value of the issued ordinary share capital of
the Company.
