Northamber plc ('Northamber' or 'the Company') Purchase of Own Shares
Northamber announces that on 1 October 1999, the Company purchased 100,000 of
its own ordinary shares at 80p per share (representing 0.3 per cent of the
Company's issued share capital).
On 3 November 1998 shareholders approved an authority to purchase up to 10 per
cent. of the aggregate nominal value of the issued ordinary share capital of
the Company.
