Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that it has today purchased 200,000 Ordinary shares of 5p each for cancellation representing approximately 1.4% of the issued share capital at a price of 1005p per share. Following this purchase the Company's issued share capital consists of 14,057,252 ordinary shares with voting rights

The above figure (14,057,252 Ordinary shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
