The Company announces that the Meeting of Stockholders of the Company held yesterday, Tuesday 30 June 2009, had to be adjourned as a quorum was not present.
A notice will be sent as soon as possible to all of the holders of the Company's Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2013 advising them of the date when the Meeting will reconvene.
