The Board is pleased to announce that Castle Support Services Plc has today announced an agreed takeover offer.  Based on the estimated net asset value as at 28^th May 2010, the impact of the transaction on the Trust if successful will be to increase the net asset value by approximately 5%.  The normal monthly net asset value will be released on Monday 7^th June 2010.
