that his total holding of Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company is
1,244,908 shares and that the number of units of Convertible Unsecured Loan
Stock 2013 he is interested in is 403,100 units.

We take this opportunity to confirm that the issued share capital of the
Company is 11,135,872 Ordinary Shares of 5p each and that the number of units
of Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2013 in issue is 9,365,480 units.
