                         EDINBURGH US TRACKER TRUST PLC

On 30 May 2007 Edinburgh US Tracker Trust plc bought back 20,000 ordinary shares
for cancellation at an average price of 612 pence per share.  Following the buy
back, there are 70,970,742 ordinary shares in issue.  The share buy-back will be
financed out of the capital reserve.
