On 8 February 2006 Edinburgh US Tracker Trust plc bought back 350,000 ordinary
shares for cancellation at an average price of 563.58 pence per share.
Following the buy back, there are 81,339,164 ordinary shares in issue.  The
share buy-back will be financed out of the capital reserve.
