EDINBURGH US TRACKER TRUST PLC

On 2 September 2010, Edinburgh US Tracker Trust plc bought back 25,000 ordinary shares for cancellation at an average price of 561.0 pence per share.  Following the buy back, there are 33,838,818 ordinary shares in issue.  The share buy-back will be financed out of the capital reserve.
