EDINBURGH US TRACKER TRUST PLC

On 7 October 2009 Edinburgh US Tracker Trust plc bought back 20,000 ordinary shares for cancellation at an average price of 519.1 pence per share. Following the buy back, there are 37,131,979 ordinary shares in issue. The share buy-back will be financed out of the capital reserve.
