                         EDINBURGH US TRACKER TRUST PLC

On 6 July 2007 Edinburgh US Tracker Trust plc bought back 136,000 ordinary
shares for cancellation at an average price of 604.75 pence per share.
Following the buy back, there are 69,025,242 ordinary shares in issue.  The
share buy-back will be financed out of the capital reserve.
