                         EDINBURGH US TRACKER TRUST PLC


On 29 March 2007 Edinburgh US Tracker Trust plc bought back 28,500 ordinary
shares for cancellation at an average price of 580.6 pence per share.  Following
the buy back, there are 71,847,742 ordinary shares in issue.  The share buy-back
will be financed out of the capital reserve.
