EDINBURGH US TRACKER TRUST PLC
On 23 August 2004, Edinburgh US Tracker Trust plc bought back 185,000 ordinary
shares for cancellation at an average price of 461.0p per share. Following the
buy back, there are 86,856,164 ordinary shares in issue. The share buy-back
will be financed out of the capital reserve.
