Edinburgh US Tracker Trust plc (the 'Company')
Tender Offer


Further to the announcements made on 18 January 2008 and 23 January 2008 the
Directors announce that the Repurchase Value per Share for the purposes of the
Tender Offer is 559.1732p. 29,206,363 Shares have been purchased for
cancellation by the Company in connection with the Tender Offer.

Following the implementation of the Tender Offer, the Company will have
37,956,379 Shares in issue.

It is expected that cheques will be despatched and CREST payments made on 29
January 2008.

The definitions set out on pages 26 to 28 of the Company's circular dated 20
December 2007 shall, unless the context otherwise requires, bear the same
meanings in this announcement.
