Change in management contract

EDINBURGH US TRACKER TRUST PLC (the "Trust")

CHANGE TO MANAGEMENT AND SECRETARIAL AGREEMENT

Edinburgh US Tracker Trust plc announces that it has agreed with
Edinburgh Fund Managers plc to change the period of notice required in
order to terminate the Management and Secretarial Agreement from twelve
months to three months. In addition the parties have agreed to change
the fees payable to Edinburgh Fund Managers plc from 0.25 per cent. per
annum to 0.2 per cent. per annum. No compensation is payable in respect
of the amendments. All other aspects of the Management and Secretarial
Agreement remain unchanged.
