Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 10th August 2012 that on the same day, Emma Towers, wife of Martin Towers, Non Executive Director, purchased 2,356 shares at a price of 11.4p each. The purchase was made via her self invested personal pension administered by Hargreaves Lansdown. Martin Tower's beneficial interest in the Company's shares following this purchase is 502,356 ordinary shares of 1p each.
