Norcros plc (the "Company") was notified on 31 August 2011 that on the same day, Martin Towers, Non Executive Director, purchased 200,000 shares at a price of 12.18p each. Martin Tower's beneficial interest in the Company's shares following this purchase is 200,000 ordinary shares of 1p each.
