Non-Standard Finance plc (LSE: NSF) announces that on 6 May 2016 Nicholas Teunon, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 62.5p per ordinary share. Mr Teunon qualifies as a person dispensing managerial responsibility for the purposes of the Listing Rules.

Following the above purchase, Mr. Teunon holds 50,921 ordinary shares representing 0.016% of the Company's total voting rights.
