Nokia releases its third quarter results on October 21 
at appr. 1 p.m.

Nokia will release its third quarter and January-September 1999
results on Thursday, October 21, 1999 at approximately 1 p.m.
Helsinki time. The financial results press release will be
available at www.nokia.com in pdf format and as a text file. The
financial results press release will also be available in written
form at Nokia House, Keilalahdentie 4, Espoo, Finland. Nokia's
conference call will begin at 3 p.m. Helsinki time.

Nokia will release its fourth quarter and whole year 1999 results
on February 1, 2000.

In 2000, Nokia will release its first quarter results on April 27,
second quarter results on July 27 and third quarter results on
October 26. The Annual General Meeting will be held on March 22,
2000.
