Director Shareholding

The prospectus published by the Company dated 7 January 2020 stated that Chetan Ghosh, a director of the Company, intended to subscribe for 30,000 Ordinary Shares in the Initial Public Offering. The number of Ordinary Shares for which Chetan Ghosh ultimately subscribed is 40,000.

Capitalised terms have the same meaning as defined in the prospectus and supplementary prospectus published by the Company on 7 January 2020 and 13 February 2020 respectively.
