Publication of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Nichols plc, the diversified soft drinks Group, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 (the "Annual Report") is being posted to shareholders today and is also being made available on the Company's website at www.nicholsplc.co.uk.

The Annual Report contains notice (the "Notice") of the Company's 2024 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), which will be held at the Company's offices at Laurel House, Woodlands Park, Ashton Road, Newton-le-Willows, Merseyside, WA12 0HH on Wednesday 24 April 2024 at 11.00am. Details of the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM are set out in the Notice.
