The Company was informed on 17 April 2000 that Mr Gary Unsworth, a director of
the Company, had acquired 20,000 shares in the Company at 98p per share on 17
April 2000.  Mr Unsworth now has a beneficial interest in 107,500 shares in
the Company, representing 0.29 per cent of the issued share capital.
