NextEnergy Solar Fund Limited (the "Company")

Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

The Company announces the publication today of a supplementary prospectus (the "Supplementary Prospectus") which is supplemental to and must be read in conjunction with the prospectus published by the Company on 15 November 2016 in connection with the share issuance programme in respect of the issue of up to 350,000,000 New Ordinary Shares and/or C Shares during the period commencing on 15 November 2016 and ending on 14 November 2017. 

The publication of the Supplementary Prospectus is a regulatory requirement under the Prospectus Rules following the publication on 30 November 2016 of the Company's unaudited interim results for the six month period ended 30 September 2016.

A copy of the Supplementary Prospectus has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available shortly for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.  The Supplementary Prospectus will also be added to the Company's website, which is located at www.nextenergysolarfund.com.
