                             Notifiable Interest

In accordance with sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985, as amended,
and following the announcement made on 25 October, the Company received
notification today from Liontrust Investment Funds Limited that its holdings
in the Company have increased to a total of 2,268,000 2.5 pence ordinary
shares representing 5.06% of the Company's issued share capital.  The
breakdown is now as below:

The Liontrust Intellectual Capital Trust (Unit Trust)       1,654,900
Liontrust Knowledge Economy Trust Plc                         462,650
Stagecoach Group Pension Scheme (segregated Portfolio)        150,450

The shares are registered in the name of Morgan Nominees Limited (being the
nominee company of Liontrust's custodian, Deutsche Bank A.G.).
